(V) maintenance and management system of fire-fighting facilities and equipment

(VI) fire hazard rectification system

(3) if the construction is carried out on the ground fire at the operation site, the application shall be made to the supervisor at or above the manager level of the unit where the operation site is located according to the regulations. The application department shall send personnel to supervise the site and patrol from time to time. For elevated hot work more than 2 meters above the ground, one person must be responsible for extinguishing sparks that may ignite other items at any time
(4) if a hot work operator does not apply for a “hot work permit”, the personnel of the unit will be punished twice with a minor demerit, and those who are serious will be dismissed

(VIII) fire and explosion prevention system for inflammable and explosive dangerous goods and places
1. Inflammable and explosive dangerous goods shall have a special warehouse equipped with necessary fire-fighting equipment and facilities, and the warehouse keeper must be a person qualified in fire safety training
2. Inflammable and explosive dangerous goods should be stored by category and item. Inflammable and explosive chemicals with conflicting chemical properties or different fire extinguishing methods shall be stored in separate warehouses
3. Inflammable and explosive dangerous goods shall be inspected by the inspection department before warehousing, and they shall be registered in and out of the warehouse
4. The inventory items shall be stored by classification and in stacks. The floor area of each stack shall not be greater than 100 square meters, the distance between stacks shall not be less than one meter, the distance between stacks and walls shall not be less than 0.5 meters, the distance between stacks and beams and columns shall not be less than 0.5 meters, and the width of main passages shall not be less than 2 meters
5. The access of inflammable and explosive dangerous goods shall be carried out in accordance with the safety operation procedures. The warehouse staff shall stick to their posts, and non staff shall not enter at will
6. Fire and explosion prevention measures shall be taken in flammable and explosive places according to the requirements of fire protection specifications, and the maintenance of fire and explosion-proof facilities shall be well done

(IX) organization and management system of volunteer fire brigade

3. The load of electrical equipment shall be carried out in strict accordance with the standards, with firm joints, good insulation, qualified and normal safety devices and good grounding. The grounding resistance shall be tested in strict accordance with the electrical construction requirements
4. All kinds of lines should be isolated by sleeves. In special cases, lead or rubber cables with good insulation should also be used. All kinds of electrical equipment and lines shall be overhauled regularly to eliminate potential fire safety hazards caused by insulation damage at any time
5. It is forbidden to lengthen the wire without approval. All departments shall actively cooperate with the safety team and the personnel of the maintenance department to check whether the extension wire is only for emergency use, whether the shell is intact and whether it is put into use after being tested by the personnel of the maintenance department
6. The yellow area near the lines of electrical equipment and switch box shall be delimited according to the standards of the unit. It is strictly prohibited to stack inflammables and explosives, and regularly check and eliminate hidden dangers
