This method is not widely used in general plastic processing plants
double sided assembled tray, that is, the double-sided integral tray is divided into upper and lower parts, which are assembled after injection molding respectively. Although this product needs two sets of molds, the mold structure is greatly reduced, and the total investment of the mold is still cheaper than that of the integral type. At the same time, the requirements for the mold locking force of the equipment are also reduced. The mold locking force is ≥ 1500 tons, which is easy for general plastic processing plants. This production mode may become the mainstream of plastic tray production
the second method: extrusion hollow blow molding
the extrusion hollow blow molding of plastic tray is similar to the general blow molding method of hollow products. Because its products are large and double-sided, it requires large extruders, clamping machines and molds. At present, domestic hollow molding machine manufacturers have developed a super large hollow molding machine specializing in the high-speed production of high-strength blow molding pallets. It is produced with hmwhdpe high-strength plastic, with fast molding speed, good product quality, high strength, high stiffness and very long service life. Generally, the service life of blow molding pallets can reach 5 ~ 10 years, and can work stably at – 40 ~ 40 ℃. The dynamic load of the product can reach more than 3T, and the bending strength can reach a high level. It is the first choice for some pallets that need long-life and high-strength service environment. Its price is higher than other plastic pallets. Because of its long service life, its cost performance is the highest among all pallets. With the substantial reduction of the price of forming equipment, this method has great advantages in saving limited oil resources and logistics costs
the third method: Vacuum Blister molding
there are also two types of plastic pallets produced by vacuum suction molding: single-sided and double-sided. Single sided blister tray is mostly used for packaging and transportation of small motors (such as vacuum cleaner motor, electric tool motor, etc.) and wire reel. It has developed rapidly and is mainly dedicated. The double-sided blister trays are assembled and divided into two forms: the upper half is extruded plastic plates with fixed length and width, and the lower half is large vacuum Blister products; The upper and lower halves are large vacuum Blister products. The production and molding of this method requires large-scale vacuum blister equipment. The equipment cost is low and the mold cost is low, but the product wall thickness is uneven
the fourth kind: the fourth is extrusion molding method. The plastic pallets produced by this method are assembled. That is to use extruder, head and other equipment to extrude the lath used as the upper and lower panels and the I-shaped connecting plate with compound wing used as the connecting support, and then assemble it. The emergence of wood plastic composites has promoted the development of plastic pallets by extrusion molding. It takes natural plant fiber (including wood powder, fruit shell, straw powder, rice bran, etc.) and waste plastic as the main raw materials, so that the plastic tray has the advantages of woodiness, water resistance and insect prevention, and can be planed, sawn and nailed. Among the four molding methods, this method has the least investment in production equipment and molds, the lowest cost and the best performance price ratio.
