Excessive ink solvents, coarse ink particles, excessive ink dilution, and too fast solvent volatilization will cause the above problems. (6) blocking. Due to unclean cleaning, the ink is dry and fixed in the net hole of the printing plate, or the net hole is blocked by paper wool, paper powder, etc., or when printing, the temperature is too high and the solvent volatilizes too fast. The elimination methods include: reducing the printing temperature, increasing the content of ink solvent, paying attention to preventing the pollution of ink by dust in the environment, reducing the drying speed of ink, etc
of course, blotting, uneven ink color of printed matter, and sticky dirt on the back of printed matter caused by ink back sticking are also common phenomena in the gravure printing process.
